Sussex Air Ambulance has launched a text donation service allowing mobile phone users to pledge their support to the life-saving charity. Supporters of the Dunsfold-based helicopter can make a one-off £3 donation simply by texting the word AIR followed by SUSSEX to 70300.
Sussex Air Ambulance has a new Chief Executive at the helm. Adrian Bell joins the charity in September following a long and distinguished career in the Royal Navy. He leaves his position as Commander British Forces Gibraltar to take up his new role with Sussex Air Ambulance.

Two new doctors have joined the Sussex Air Ambulance as the life-saving helicopter fast approaches 2,010 flying missions – in the year 2010. Pete Westhead, 33, has joined the life-saving charity on a 12-month secondment, replacing Dr Roger Alcock.
